JOB BRIEF

We are looking for an energetic, account manager that that will “Go the extra mile” to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers in our store located in Fort Lauderdale. Candidates must be detail oriented, organized and A positive attitude and a desire to grow will make you successful in this role.

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Provide detailed quotes to clients.
• Develop relationships with yacht crew through industry events and dock walking
• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone and in person
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell and up-sell products
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Assist with delivery and/ or pick up of orders when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Mac/Apple computer experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room.
• Can safely lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, carry, reach, and stoop.
• Ability to regularly reach above shoulders and overhead
