Located in Barrington, Angel Water has been installing and servicing state-of-the-art water purification systems for homes and businesses in the Chicagoland area for over 40 years. The company is licensed with the Illinois Department of Health, employs water technicians certified by the Water Quality Association, provides the industry’s best warranty, and has held an A+ Better Business Bureau rating for over ten years.
Salary
- $40,000 - $50,000 average annual pay

- Able to work Saturdays on a rotation with other team members”

- We are open to a candidate working out of our Lake Barrington or St. Charles location

️ Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Inbound calls from existing and prospective customers
- Outbound calls to existing customers (not cold calling)
- Inbound & Outbound email communications
- Minimum of 1-2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Water Treatment and Purification industry experience is a HUGE plus but not required.
- MS Office, PC, and Outlook proficient
- Knowledge in using Salesforce is a plus
- All Applicants must be ethical, reliable, well organized, coach-able, disciplined, outgoing, and passionate about making others healthy
- Customer-focused, punctual, adaptable, reliable, and outgoing
- Calm under pressure and must have a positive attitude,
- Loyal, team-oriented, results-driven, thorough, personable, and prideful
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
