We are looking for a Windows System Administrator. As Windows System Administrator at Aigent you will be responsible for supporting our clients with the installation of our application on callcenter agent's computers via group policy management tools. You will help design and implement processes and infrastructure that enable a smooth and reliable installation in various different environments.

Aigent is scale-up building technology to assist customer support agents to reduce call handling time and increase customers satisfaction with faster and better responses. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients' IT departments for mass deployments of our application in their environment
• Write Client facing Documentation
• Reproduce client setups in our own environment to enable us to give better instructions and do more effective troubleshooting
• Collaborate with QA on testing our application in various different environments
• Troubleshoot installation issues by checking application logs and windows logs

Skills

• Experience with different group policy management tools
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2012,2016,2019 (optional 2022)
• Knowledge of Windows AD, DNS, DHCP
• Knowledge of Azure AD is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (7,8,10), basic knowledge Mac OS and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Good knowledge of desktop virtualization services such as Hyper-V, VMWare, KVM
