Our company is looking for a shipping professional to help process outgoing shipments. A successful candidate will have experience working with shipping software programs, as well as being able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Bernards is growing. We are looking for individuals who have the drive to be high performers, a willingness to take on additional repsonsibilities as needed, the ability and deisre to be promoted into other roles, and who want to grow with the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions; schedule shipments with drivers.
• Check in and dispatch drivers and coordinate their loads.
• Provide shipping quotes to Office Manager and customers.
• Ensure shipping documents are accurate.
• Provide tracking information and documents to office assoacites and customers.
• Conduct research to answer customer questions and resolve issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
