Job description
We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team and help ensure our operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints, and have excellent problem-solving skills. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, ensuring that all employees are following company policies and procedures, and providing feedback to staff on their performance. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain accurate records of daily activities and provide reports to the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Train and develop staff to reach their full potential.
- Manage customer relations and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
