Fleet Landing is a locally-owned, waterfront restaurant that provides a fun and scenic environment for servers to achieve satisfying sales and service goals for the guest, employee, and Fleet Landing. Our ideal teammate can multitask with a positive attitude, respectively give and receive feedback, and effectively use the tools and training provided to create awesome guest experiences. Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus. Ability to lift 40+ lbs and actively perform in a busy indoor/outdoor environment for up to 8 hours is a must.
