Job description

This job is located in Grass Valley, California. The farm is about 1500 feet up in the Sierra foothills of northern California, mid-way between Sacramento and Tahoe.

Oversee operations for a 200 acre horse farm with over 100 stalls and 150 horses on site. Train, organize, supervise and assist maintenance employees to ensure that all farm operations run smoothly and that all facilities and equipment are kept clean and in good condition. Work with owners/managers regarding tasks that need to be completed.

Applicants must have good people skills and management experience, horse/ranch experience, experience driving tractors and ability to drive forklift, and the ability to perform basic repairs and vehicle maintenance. Drivers license is required. Experience driving horse trailers is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
