Job description

The Senior RF Engineer will be responsible for RF Engineering design and optimization of neutral host wireless solutions systems. He/She will be responsible for designing, optimizing, analyzing coverage and capacity solutions over a wide range of use cases.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• RF propagation
• Knowledge of design for 2.5ghz, C-band, mmwave. Mid and High band design experience.
• Small cell and Macro experience
• RAN planning experience
• Utilize Ookla/crowdsourcing info to overlay perceived gaps of network on existing inventory
• Complete efficient and detailed hybrid indoor/outdoor RF designs to ensure compliance with customer and venue requirements
• Leverage and process crowdsource and/or benchmark data collection to improve designs
• Generate design scenarios based on various business inputs and support business decisions through clear design metrics
• Participates in customer and venue design reviews and utilizes feedback to manage design revisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
