Job Description:

Intro

The Project Analyst (innovations) improves existing processes and successfully implements new processes or services within the 4-walls operations and the EMEA network, with a focus on innovation, process automation and business intelligence. You will be challenging the status quo and should have an innovative mindset and natural curiosity. It’s your responsibility to help build and upkeep a knowledge center for existing processes, initiatives and implementations.

What do you do on an average day?

• Analyze, design and development of the EMEA distribution network from a structural and process point of view with a focus on innovative approaches and process automation;
• Develop initiatives to better meet customer demands while further enhancing revenue and profitability for the organization;
• Translate data into information and improve insight by creating BI and AI solutions.
• Work closely together with all departments involved in the change processes (e.g. Operations, IT, Finance, Program Management etc.);
• Analyze commercial, operational and financial implications of proposed network changes;
• Execute project management and network implementations.

What do we expect of you?

• Education: Bachelor or Master, preferably in Logistics or IT;
• Experience: Relevant working experience with Supply Chain Logistics, know-how of process design and information flows;
• Competencies: Strong analytical skills, fluent in English, flexible in working hours, accurate and able to communicate on different levels in the organization;
• Experienced in MS Excel, Visio, Power BI and SQL querying. Experience with WMS/TMS is preferred.
