Your role is broad and touches all organizational areas. As a PA, you will work closely together with our CEO and the rest of the senior management and directional staff team members.
The Personal Assistant serves as the focal point of secretarial and administrative support of the CEO.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain agendas, make appointments and create meetings and events.
- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation, travelling occasionally to attend meetings to provide general assistance during meetings and presentations.
- Screen the CEO’s incoming mail, phone calls and requests while handling them when appropriate.
- Attend Supervisory Board and Works Council meetings, create the agenda for these meeting, distribute relevant documents beforehand, create meeting minutes and distribute, keep respective action lists up-to-date.
- Attend Management Team meetings, create and distribute the agenda for these meetings and keep MT action lists up-to-date.
- Attend Strategic Committee meetings, create and distribute the agenda for these meetings and keep action lists up-to-date.
- Co-organize the yearly staff retreat and other company events (BBQ, Christmas dinner etc).
- Handle the CEO’s and your own monthly expense claims (cash and credit card).
- Cooperate and meet with all kinds of stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Assist in signing several documents digitally on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain office systems including relevant data management and (digital) filing.
- Provide support to HR in screening contracts, writing policies, back up during holidays.
Requirements
- Higher vocational level with secretarial training (Schoevers or similar).
- Extensive experience in working as a Secretary and/or Personal Assistant on C-level is required.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English language is required, knowledge of French is a plus.
- Well-developed time management skills and ability to handle multiple levels of advanced administrative work.
- Strong planning and organizational skills while organizational sensitive.
- Excellent working knowledge of Office 365 applications, AFAS knowledge is a plus.
- Strong affinity with the purpose and impact of i+ solutions.
- Knowledge in the field of NGOs and preferably international development or the humanitarian world is a plus.
- Available for at least 36 hours a week.
- Living in the Netherlands, ideally close to Utrecht region
- You have a valid working permit for the Netherlands.
