We are currently looking for Operations Associate to fill vacant positions in Clayton, North Carolina.

The basic responsibilities of this position are strategic collaborations and analytical support to the Director of Program Operations. The position will support operational effectiveness and excellence by coordinating and tracking regional project initiatives.

Minimum requirements for this role:

Preferred - Associate in Business Administration or related field and two years’ experience providing administrative support. Experience working with Latino Community, knowledge of the Latino Migrant Farmworker culture/lifestyle. Head Start experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Accepted - High School Diploma/GED and three years’ experience providing administrative support. Experience working with Latino Community, knowledge of the Latino Migrant Farmworker culture/lifestyle. Head Start experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Good communication skills, able to read written and electronic information efficiently. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook). Able to organize, file and distribute information.
