As a Marketing Specialist, you will focus on the company's German-speaking market. You will take a proactive and passionate approach to building their audience and connecting with their fans through several marketing activities.

In your first few weeks in this Marketing Specialist job, you can expect to:

• Successfully manage community-centric marketing operations to grow the company's communities for multiple IPs
• Implement marketing campaigns for grassroots and influencer programs
• Establish and use KPIs to consistently improve performance
• Coordinate marketing efforts with the marketing team, community team, product management team and external partners to promote each product effectively to players

To apply for this marketing role, you will need some experience in marketing, games, or the esports industry. You will also need to be a gamer and a keen follower of trends in the German gaming market. In addition, you should be full of fantastic ideas and not be afraid to take risks and challenge the status quo. Fluency in written and spoken English and German and the ability to communicate in any medium effectively are also essential.
