We are super excited to bring to you the role of Junior Marketing Manager Premium Brands for UK and BeNeLux, so if you’re looking for your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you!


You will be responsible for delivering the BWCB (Building World Class Brands) strategy in your market ensuring our brands are distinctive and relevant – increasing brand conversion and growing market-share.

More Precisely?

  • Manage segment Strategy & Planning in country market

Deliver the markets 18-month/short-term brand strategy by segment ensuring business KPIs are identified and achieved, supporting wider NE goals

Deliver market actions as outlined in BEAM analysis

Develop country marketing plans aligned to global SMPs (Promotion, Program, People, Product & Design) with alignment to NE strategy outlined by Head of Brands

Support Brand Manager NE with local Social and Influencer Content as well as with PR Content calendar.

  • Deliver on brand performance and market share

Support in market and communicate ‘agile’ paid, owned and earned content and communication strategies suited to local market needs to deliver profitable market-share

  • Enhance the guest experience & passions

Roll out guest experience frameworks (brand programs), pillars and touchpoints/markers to grow RPS

Manage strategies to simplify brand standards and drive product evolution

Be the “on the ground” intel gatherer for the brand for key projects/local rules and regulations

  • Stakeholder Management

Be the ‘visible’ POP champion for your market internally

Establish strong collaborative and influential working relationships with Operational VPs and Hotel GMS in market


Who are you?

You are Marketing professional with a deep understanding of the Hospitality world. You had the opportunity to define and lead Marketing strategies, in an international environment.

You know how to manage a budget, and have strong Marketing analytical skills
