Essential Job Responsibilities:

• This is a junior level installer position. This role will work alongside a seasoned/ lead installer to learn the proper standards for installation. This role will allow for promotion and growth to a lead installer
• Installation of replacement windows and doors in residential homes and condominiums
• As needed, modify and adjust openings to provide a proper installation
• Maintain safe and clean work space
• Ability to problem solve issues
• Ability to work with others
• Ability to properly interact and communicate with the homeowner, contractor and other employees

Requirements:

• Would not need to know, but be able to learn how to properly install windows/ door
• Must be able to safely lift impact resistant doors, windows and glass
• Must have the ability to successfully install the product as specified and required
• Must be able to communicate with customers and employees in a professional, courteous and concise manner
• Must be reliable and on time

Compensation:

• Competitive starting pay with potential for advancement. Eligible for paid holidays, vacation time, medical insurance and IRA after 90 days. Compensation commensurate with experience.
• Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
• $200.00 bonus after 90 days of employment

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm
• Full-time position. Monday-Friday with opportunities to work weekends and overtime

Experience:

• Window & Door Installation and/or Construction Experience - 1+ year
• Construction industry experience (roofing, framing, remodeling a plus)
