Job Summary

The Junior Commercial Manager will build the relationship with key distribution partners and will strengthen the position of The Walt Disney Company movies which are distributed via transactional video on demand and electronic sell-through at our partners such as Pathé-Thuis, Apple, Ziggo and Amazon. You will be the main contact for the business in the Benelux region and will work closely with the affiliate and theatrical team in the Netherlands and the sales team in EMEA in London and Germany.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:

• Primary contact person for EHVL & TVOD in the Benelux
• Co-develop Country and Key Strategic account plans focusing on store management and driving transactions in the Benelux
• Budget responsible: Capex EHVL & TVOD, Revenue EHVL & TVOD, Re-forecast
• Initiating and executing EHVL & TVOD marketing campaigns together with the EMEA team
• Partner media value and market share
• Create insights sessions per quarter on EHVL & TVOD together with finance
• Create monthly EHVL & TVOD territory performance overview together with Finance
• Jointly managing administrative processes for partner/content sales processes with legal, finance and the content sales team in EMEA
• Manage internal stakeholders such as theatrical and home entertainment

• Responsible for billing and reporting on the transactional business

The Experience We Require From You:

• Experience with creating strategic account plans
• Fluent in English
• Affinity with or previous experience in the transactional film market (EHVL & TVOD) is a plus
• Affinity with films and entertainment
• Informal leadership: Ability to get results without being the formal leader (internally & externally)
• Stakeholder management: knowledge of managing multiple stakeholders from different departments with different priorities
• Soft skills (communication): Experience with multiple communication styles to maximise the impact
• Service-oriented, open, flexible, professional and a team player
• Proactive attitude to drive improvements
• Ability to learn and implement new information quickly
