Are you the one who can support our corporate Technology & Business Solutions team with IT related inquiries? As an IT Support Specialist at PPHE Hotel Group you will assist with planned (for example, projects and upgrades) and unplanned (incidents and requests) IT issues in a timely, customer-focused manner. You will provide a high-quality service level of IT support to staff in our hotels, restaurants and offices, both in the UK and the Netherlands. As our IT Support Specialist, you will work closely with other TBS teams (Applications Team, Infrastructure/Network Team, IT Security) and contribute to overall departmental and company strategy.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Proactively support the IT requirements of other PPHE teams and display a passionate approach towards the improvement of new method of services
• Assist with the strategic and tactical support of key software and hardware systems
• Ensure that support requests are tackled in a timely fashion in accordance with our Technical Support Process and SLAs, assisting with testing and deployments
• Facilitate system access requests
• Maintain systems support documentation, procedures and other information useful to the smooth & efficient operation of information systems
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners both internally & externally
• Assist with the implementation of new applications and/or enhancements or upgrades of existing applications/systems
• Be proactive in identifying critical business, technical and/or operational issues and then assist in driving issues to closure

• You can actively contribute to your immediate as well as wider Technology & Business Solutions team

• You can communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch
• You have developed yourself into an IT specialist, working in the industry for at least 5 years
