IT Intern
At Waukon Feed Ranch, agriculture and family are the roots of our business. Our mission is to

services needed for a vibrant rural economy. The IT Intern contributes to our mission by
providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and providing research on IT software so
our employees can utilize technology efficiently.
As an IT Intern, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Complete research projects on internet providers for rural locations, timeclock systems,
- Present research project findings to upper management team
- Assist with setup of new software and provides individual and large group training
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues at sow farm locations following all biosecurity protocols
- Provide technical support to our team with computer software, outlook, Microsoft
- Research and provide support in terms of cybersecurity, programming, and analytics
- Assist in various areas of the business as needed including filing paperwork, answering
- Complete internship for the summer of 2023
