What are you going to do?
This global marketleader of light weight solar modules, solar roof tiles, and solar modules for mobile applications such as RVs, boats and trucks. To be able to expand our business activities in The Netherlands and across Europe we are looking to recruit a International Sales Engineer to become part of our team based in Amsterdam.
The International Sales Engineer will report to the Technical Director and will be playing a key role in creating solar design solutions and commercial offers to the clients. He or she will be working both commercially and technically on cutting edge topics of the solar energy market, with substantial growth potential.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop solution concepts and designs and discuss these with the clients
- Create commercial offers to be presented to the clients
- Working with a range of suppliers and technology providers
- Identification and development of new products and solutions
What do you offer?
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
- Strong technical affinity and problem-solving skills
- A creative mindset
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team working skills in an international working environment
- Ability to positively interact and build trust with clients
- Ability to work on multiple projects and activities at the same time
- Experience with AutoCAD or other design software, or the affinity to quickly learn new software
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch or other languages is a plus
