This is what you’ll be doing:

• Represent the YAYS lifestyle brand and help our guests make the most of their YAYS experience
• Welcoming our guests and building a relationship with many of them, as they’ll usually stay more than only 1 night
• Making sure we get the best possible reviews back from our guests
• Handle the administrative part, using a great cloud-based hotel reservation system, with the support of a central guest service team.

If you are a YAYS insider, you:

• are passionate about hospitality and travel
• are fluent in English, other languages such as Dutch are a plus
• have hands-on mentality and able to show initiative
• quick to adapt and flexible to changes
• able to work independently, responsible and organised
• share an enthusiasm about the city and area you will be working in
• Are willing to work on shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and evenings)

Awesome to have:

• At least 2 days or more availability per week
• Genuine interest in the YAYS neighbourhood concept
• Some hospitality experience, but not a must!
