At YAYS we have recently adopted new technology to manage our properties with a front desk team that handles all reservations and check-ins remotely. We are looking for new team members to join this team at our beautiful HQ on the Herengracht!

This is what you’ll be doing:

• Represent the YAYS lifestyle brand and help our guests make the most of their YAYS experience
• Welcome our guests through the new tech platforms we are using, as well as by phone and email
• Guide our guests to their apartments if needed, making every arrival a smooth experience for our guests
• Handle payment matters and other check in related administrative tasks
• Taking care of any guest feedback coming in and being pro-active in handling these
• Making sure we get the best possible reviews back from our guests
• Be responsible for an efficient and correct administration process of all requests, bookings and invoices
• Take and settle all incoming requests, booking questions, adjustments in bookings via different sales channels for all cities where we are active

If you are a YAYS insider, you:

• are curious and passionate about hospitality and travel
• are fluent in English, other languages such as Dutch are a plus
• have a hands-on mentality, proactive and able to show initiative
• quick to adapt and flexible to changes
• able to work independently, responsible and organized
• Are willing to work on shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and evenings)

Awesome to have:

• Availability (minimum 32 hours)
• Genuine interest in the YAYS neighbourhood concept
• Some hospitality experience, but not a must!
