We are looking for a self-starter to lead daily operations as a Store Manager. The successful candidate will show enthusiasm to the business, demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges, and lead our team by example, develop their skills and support our purpose to build healthier communities around the globe by connecting people with superfoods.

Store Manager will oversee hiring, developing, and leading the team at your store to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission. Use operational tools such as third party ordering platform, scheduling, and inventory management tools to achieve operational excellence. Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout our guest's visit. Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge of products that promote the culture, values, and mission

· Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

· Reliable transportation. Education and Experience Requirements

· Basic knowledge of email etiquette and Microsoft Office

· Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.

· Knowledgeable of Square POS functionality.

· Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws and local statutes. SERV Safe Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year
