Security Bank is looking to add a Retail Banker to our team! We are seeking an organized team-oriented individual who enjoys a customer centric environment. This role will assist with the day-to-day branch operational tasks in our Jackson, MN location.

Responsibilities:

• Basic teller transactions
• Opening new accounts; DDA’s, Savings, CD’s, Safe Deposit Boxes
• Complete Loan Applications, Organizing Loan Documents, Disbursements
• Customer inquiry resolutions; fraud, disputes, etc.
• Compliance with Operational, Security and Audit Policies & Procedures
• Build long-term relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Attention to detail and high-level of accuracy.
• Prior cash handling and or banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Financial/Math skills
• Commitment to Confidentiality
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and with teams.
• Customer-centric.
