Job Description: Front End Supervisor

Reports to: Administrator

Job Summary:

The front desk supervisor operates as a team leader for the medical clinic. They are required to perform a variety of duties. Clerical, reception, and administrative.

• Proficient with electronic medical records.

• Time management- organize, plan and prioritize tasks and workflow.
• Monitor and train new staff.
• Handles medical reception staffing and scheduling
• Maintains cash box receipts.
• Medical terminology training.
• Excellent communication

Responsible for supervising staff and daily operations of the front office.

Required: High School diploma. Medical Office experience, clerical. EHR knowledge.

Preferred: Bilingual. Associates or Bachelor’s degree. 3 year of lead experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $29.50 per hour
