$19.54-19.87/hour + $1.20/hour night shift premium available + 1.5x pay on Sundays!

Shift: Work just 3 or 4 days a week and shift schedules provided a whole calendar year in advance!

• 12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotating every 2 weeks from days to nights
• 12-hour 2-2-3 shift straight nights (5:30p-5:30a)

WHAT MAKEREADY'S GET TO DO:

• Maintain the gear-up room in clean condition and place gears in proper location
• Familiarize and understand the complete operation of the computer system for distillation to washing machine parts
• Assist the press department by cleaning decks, changing cylinders, and other tasks as needed to bring press back into production
• Properly complete all documentation and paperwork.
• All other duties as assigned by management and supervisors

WHAT ROLL WRAPPERS GET TO DO:

• Wrap, label, and palletize finished slit rolls
• Properly complete all documentation and paperwork. Including but not limited to, job check off sheets, cleaning logs, etc.
• Operate pallet jack, forklift, and tilt lock.
• Clean compactor room, empty dumpsters, sweep, other housekeeping duties as assigned
• Load pallets, place onto stretch wrapper, label and remove wrapped pallet
• All other duties as assigned by management and supervisors

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs
• Willing and able to stand and walk for a 12 hour shift
• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting
• Frequent stepping up and down from platforms

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledgeable and able to understand a computer and programs
• Possess adequate math, measurement, and reading skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Required to have visual acuity to perform visual inspection including the use of measurement devices and ability to identify and distinguish colors
