Tetra Tech Inc. currently has opportunities for Eligibility Analysts to work in the San Juan, PR area. This position will perform various analytical and administrative functions in support of overall project execution. Specifically, the collection, review and audit of project documents to verify the completeness of the documentation using established processes and procedures. You will be trained on the project requirements and will work with the established financial team to complete each task.

Location: Puerto Rico

Responsibilities will include:

• Gather and prepare supporting documentation at the direction of the Project Manager/Team Lead/Supervisor.
• Significant spreadsheet work with Microsoft Share Point/Excel and grant management systems.
• Review and validate documentation to ensure compliance with grant program requirements.
• Data reconciliation between multiple sets of financial and gram management systems.
• Digital file organization.
• Reading Comprehension and Policy Application.
• Assist in documenting and improving processes and procedures.
• Other daily duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher education, including but not limited to Engineering, Architecture, Accounting, Law, or similar studies.
• Must have two (2) years of experience in auditing federally funded grant program’s processes, including but not limited to document and process auditing, policy review and implementation, compliance review, and invoice review and validation.
• Must have fluent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Spanish language.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to utilize Excel functions to increase efficiency.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and objective.
• Flexible, able to immediately adapt to changing priorities.
