pureIntegration, a technology consulting firm with 17+ years of experience servicing fortune 100 clients, is looking for a Device Coordinator / Device Manager -I (Smart TV).

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Work Authorization: Green Card or US Citizens only. No C2C. We do not sponsor.

• Manage the shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing devices for internal stakeholders, App partners, trialists, and vendors
• Coordinate with Omni for shipments directly from the Omni warehouse
• Maintain a count of devices in inventory, including converter boxes, pre-production panels, and mass-production panels
• Perform troubleshooting, updating, and repackaging of devices as necessary once they are received and ready to be shipped back out
• The resource is needed so that we can get devices to trialists, testers, developers, employees, and other stakeholders as needed
• The resource will be the POC for device returns for employees that leave the company or move to other projects
• Serve as the primary device manager for Smart TV that owns the tracking of incoming/outgoing hardware, for users such as app partners, employees, beta trialists
• Perform any troubleshooting, resetting, and/or repackaging as needed before needing to ship out the hardware
• The first line of defense for troubleshooting devices that have issues.
• The Device manager will be responsible for getting smart TVs ready to market.
• The Device manager handles the test builds of these devices.
• Ship and supply usage instructions (if necessary) etc.

• At least 1+ years of experience in Device Management (Smart TV's)
• 1+ years of experience in Logistics/Hardware is a must.
• 1+ Years of experience in Shipping (tracking shipments, packaging/repackaging, shipping, creating shipment Labels, etc.
• Experience with performing troubleshooting, and resetting smart tv devices.
• Consumer electronics experience is a plus. (Smart TVs)
• Strong collaboration skills are required for this position.
• Independent thinker/worker

Preferred Skills:

• PS-Ship or label-making experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic Excel experience is a plus but not required.
• Salesforce is a plus but not required.
• Jira is a plus but not required.
