This position is located at our new production site in Breda. At this location we produce OPUS Columns, this are plug-in purification columns which saves time in the production process of pharmaceutical products for our customers. Responsibilities:

   For our European Office in Breda, the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a new colleague for our Customer Service team (5 persons). As a member of the Customer Service Europe, you will provide services and information to our customers and act as a liaison between the different departments inside and outside Europe.

- Manage incoming calls from Customers.
 - Manage orders and order confirmations.
 - Manage follow up orders and contact Customers by phone and email.
 - Manage quotations.
 - Follow Communication procedures, Guidelines and Policies.
 - Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Production and Tech Support within and out of Europe.
 - Engage with Customers to identify needs and future projects.
 
- A bachelor (hbo) degree in an area like: Business Administration, Logistic Management, Commercial Economy.
 - >5 years’ experience within Customer Service or Support Team. Preferrable in a global organization.
 - Understanding of workflow automation, LEAN business practice, and customer services best practices.
 - Proficiency with standard business tools: Microsoft, presentations, spreadsheets, internet software, database software, SalesForce.com and SAP a plus.
 - Highly organized and detail oriented.
 - You are empathetic, motivated and passionate.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
 - Any other European Language is a plus.
