As a Corporate Recruiter you are the ambassador of our organization. Together with the team you are responsible for the entire recruitment process. You think creatively and strategically in this process. You use your vision to find the best candidates and enthuse them to get started with us. You get all the tools you need for this. Our offices are spread across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Hong Kong and Singapore. This is gives the international aspect to the job! We train you from A-Z so that you are a star at attracting “Ambitious People” in no time. Your task package consists of:
Drafting, posting and managing your own vacancies through various channels;
Advising the Hirings Managers in their recruitment needs and act as a real Business Partner;
Approaching potential candidates through various recruitment channels and your own network;
Conducting initial intake interviews with candidates.

Job requirements
You are social, energetic and make contact easily. You are by nature someone who knows how to create and utilize opportunities where others do not. Collaboration is important. You interact with your colleagues throughout the day and can think along with them commercially. Humor and fun are second nature for you. Further:
Do you have a completed HBO or WO study;
Are you available full-time;
Do you have an excellent command of the Dutch and/or English language?
Do you live in Amsterdam (or are you willing to move).
