Salary & Benefits:
Exempt Salary Schedule
$70,735-90,240

Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Employees shall be subject to the co-payment of health care costs equal to the difference between the premium cost and the annual cost limitation imposed on public employers.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting required.
• Master’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in finance, budgeting, accounting, strategic planning, business process re-engineering, and performance measurements in an ERP environment
• Experience in a public education setting a plus
• Knowledge of general principles of accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to utilize appropriate technology as needed including accounting software (preferably Schools OPEN), Excel, and Word.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, vendors and customers.
• Ability to be thorough and gives careful attention to details and provide effective customer service.
• Consistently dependable, flexible and willing to accept new responsibilities/assignments.
• Ability to accurately compute and record mathematical data.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Demonstrate a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
