Quality Life Services is seeking a Clinical Informatics Assistant who is ready for a challenge and wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults. Essential functions of the role include:
- Demonstrate proficient understanding and use of Quality Life Services' PointClickCare system for training purposes and performing audits as needed.
- Conduct classroom and individualized education and training for new system users in clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Provide training sessions through remote conferencing or onsite at any Quality Life Services location as scheduled.
- Communicate effectively with nursing management and the IT department.
- Anticipate that as time permits, you will be performing other duties as assigned, such as performing audits in PointClickCare or assisting with help-desk requests.

Requirements for this position:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing, and licensed as a registered nurse.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience (at least one of these in a leadership or training capacity).
- Adept at navigating the PointClickCare software program.
- Demonstrates professional written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- This is an in-person position at our home office in Buter, PA.
