Seeking a Skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team!

Work hours: PRN possible 4-6 hours a week.

Here’s What You Need

• Associate degree Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing or Public Health Administration, Healthcare is required OR 2 Years Healthcare and/or applicable sales experience may be considered in lieu of the degree is required.
• 2 Years Sales or physician relations experience, preferably in healthcare provider setting Required OR 3 Years Healthcare experience is required.
• DL - Drivers License Valid Drivers License Upon Hire is required.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate growth in strategically designated THR services as defined by the established and approved development plan for assigned product, facility, territory, physicians or physician groups. Identify, initiate and maintain contact with targeted physician practices with the intent to increase physician utilization of Texas Health services.
• Develop quarterly sales plans based on market demographics for both physician and patient populations, market share patterns, patient utilization data and physician practice trends. Both financial and volume contributions to be included in planning and assessments.
• Establish and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with internal stakeholders (leadership, service line directors, operations managers, etc.) to encourage market orientation of service offerings and service delivery process improvement to encourage physician utilization of THR services.
• Provides market assessment/field planning for area of responsibility.
• Meet or exceed defined volume and activity targets. 10%
• Provides required documentation of physician visits and other performance requirements. 10%
• Participates in ongoing departmental responsibilities and opportunities to continuously learn and grow.
