Airport Paint and Body is looking for a body shop estimator at our Erlanger, KY location. We are a family owned business that has been in the automotive industry for over 3 generations. Airport Paint and Body has 6 locations: Erlanger, Hebron, Wilder, Florence, Batavia, and Sharonville. We are a growing company and are looking for a motivated employee that would like to grow with us. Experience not required, we will train the right candidate!

Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Create estimates for incoming vehicles and order necessary parts from local vendors

- Ensure all manufacturer, collision repair, and legal policies are followed

- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

- Work directly with technicians to oversee repair process from start to finish

- Work directly with insurance companies and manage the claims process for our customers

- Follow company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in estimating/body shop work preferred, willing to train the right candidate

- Excellent driving history and valid driver's license

- Must be willing to submit to a background check and/or drug screening

- Ability to communicate in a professional manner at all times

- Must have reliable transportation

Benefits:

- Compensation is based on experience

- Vacation pay after 1 year

- Holiday pay after 90 days and benefits offered after 1 full month

- Uniform reimbursement (up to $170/year)

- Matching 401K

*Position is Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with the occasional Saturday shift 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
