Job description
Our Bilingual Collections Specialists start with a base pay of $18.40 an hour along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives. You should expect to spend a good amount of time being guided and trained by a supervisor and a mentor, while on and off our training team. Our training team intentionally builds up great collectors, through teachings, hands on training, engaging games, side-by-sides, and so much more!
Wilber is looking for self-driven, trainable, and professional individuals to join our Recovery team! Your main responsibility as a Collector is to take/place calls, find solutions and recover assets for clients. - Spanish reading, writing, and speaking skills
- High School diploma or GED required
- Computer proficiency
- Customer service or sales experience is appreciated
- Enjoy or want to get experience working in an office setting
- Ability to deescalate conflict
- Team player with a positive attitude
