Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm, overtime if needed, is Friday 6am - 12pm, 2:30pm or 4:30pm depending on how much overtime is needed
Position Summary:
As a team member in our Pack, Load, Crate department, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all finished product is properly packed for shipping. As the work varies from day-to-day, our most successful Crate Builders have a professional work ethic, comfort adapting to change, and the ability to improvise and solve problems.
Duties & Expectations:
- Responsible for cutting wood, building custom crates, banding skids, shrink wrapping, and labeling finished projects for shipment
- Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Carpentry skills
