Benefits include:

* $17 - $21 per hour ($35,360 to $43,680 per year).

* Accrued Paid Time Off = 2 weeks paid time off for the first 4 years. Increased after 4th year to 3 weeks, 4 weeks upon the 6th year and 5 weeks at year 10.

* 7 paid holidays per year which includes your birthday.

* 401K - Matched at 2%.

* Medical insurance, Dental, Vision - 75% paid by Plenty of Places. Free $10,000 Life Insurance paid by company.

Required work includes, but is not limited to:

• Keeps strong curb appeal by picking up trash daily, inspect the property each morning, bringing concerns or repairs to supervisor.
• Works on landscape daily: maintain flower beds, rake leaves, de-ice and shovel snow.
• Clean pools and pool areas during season: straighten chairs, remove trash or debris.
• Special projects and other responsibilities, as assigned.
• Assists Maintenance with various tasks, such as moving appliances or helping remove trash from an apartment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferable candidate will have past residential experience
• Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining the exterior and interior areas of the community
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
