• 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Job Description:

• Check out customers, charging them in cash or credit for products and services and issue exchanges and refunds according to policy.
• Greet customers & guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, defusing tension and finding quick and effective solutions
• Provide excellent customer service, providing assistance to customers & guests on a wide variety of requests and issues
• Educate users/clients/prospects about products and services providing relevant and accurate information
• Sells company products and services

• Lift and move objects using your body without the aid of machinery
• Stand for long periods of time without sitting
