JOB TITLE: Training Developer
Summary: The main purpose of this contract is to provide operational contract support (OCS) doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities (DOTMLPF) development and integration services in support of (ISO) Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Proponent Office for Operational Contract Support (TPO-OCS).
Primary Place of Performance is Fort Lee, VA
Job Description:
- Review and analyze OCS-related current tasks, doctrine, and policy.
- Experienced with the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) process to create an OCS Total Task List.
- Recommend individual and collective OSC tasks by echelon, organization, and staff element.
- Conduct a Critical Task and Site Selection Board (CTSSB).
- Develop a Critical Task List, memorandums, and a Learning Requirement List.
- Conduct individual task analysis.
- Revise or develop OCS individual tasks using processes and tools.
- Develop and submit memorandums recommending revision or development.
- Develop OCS training and education products, including Soldier Training Plan and Officer Foundational Standards.
- Use the ADDIE process to develop and revise Distance Learning options.
- Develop OCS training and education products.
- Review, maintain and update OCS-related training and education products.
- Assist Course Instructors with revision of OCS Course Program of Instruction (POI) and lesson plans.
- Collect and provide OCS training development workload data.
- Include historical achievements and projections for future workload requirements into workload data.
Qualifications:
- Department of Defense SECRET Clearance
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Pro.
- Minimum of six (6) years of increasing experience in military training development, preferably Army training development with processes and products identified TR 350-1
- Experience in OCS is desired.
