Overview of Role: We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our store. As the Site Supervisor (also known as the Site Supe), you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store, as the store’s single, ultimate responsible person. Your duties will include running the show on busy nights and rallying our super-talented team, but also undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies focused on our exceptional customer service.

A detailed oriented, high energy, hyper positive force who wants to lead a team, and wow our guests. Business or industry knowledge is not necessary because we take mentorship seriously at Angela’s. Diving deeper into some of the responsibilities of the Site Supervisor, divided into two sections, Management & Operations:
- Management:
- Overseeing, and ensuring compliance, of our store standards
- Rallying our Shift Leaders, Associates and Trainees around our Core Values and store standards, and coaching our teams to continue to hit the mark
- Selecting, interviewing and hiring exceptional team members, in conjunction with HR
- Training team members to ensure teams can meet demand with fabulous service
- Supporting a wonderful, healthy team culture so our teams and our guests come in, stay & return over and over again
- Operations
- Having a “buck stops with me” mentality around fulfilling our Guests super-high expectations - you are the beating heart of the store
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supporting the development of in-store displays and promotional material
- Understanding our platforms, key metrics and reporting on them, particularly store financial performance
- Monitoring inventory levels through our inventory management system
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
