About Us

SentryLink is a small business in Greenbelt, MD that has been operating since 2001. We provide criminal background checks and driving records to companies throughout the United States.

We are looking for a friendly, organized person to help us answer customer inquiries by phone and e-mail in our office -- this is not a remote position. The job involves some paperwork as well.

The ideal candidate will be experienced and comfortable communicating over the phone and possess good writing skills. Basic computer skills such as word processing, opening files, answering e-mails, and navigating a web browser are required.

This job is a full-time salaried position with benefits. You will be working with two other customer service associates. We will provide all job-specific training; we ask that you already know how to use a Windows computer.
