Job Title: Sales Consultant $70K Guaranteed Salary

AIS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for aggressively hunting and closing business within our various business technology offerings. In addition to a base salary, you will have an uncapped commission structure that allows you the ability to exceed 100K earnings every year.

This role supports AISs purpose of providing technology that works for our clients, revolutionizes their business while providing service theyll fall in love with.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop territory to uncover new client opportunities.

Identify and engage with potential clients through a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking events, and social media.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our business technology solutions offerings and how they can benefit potential clients.

Ability to use AIS strategic tools to uncover customer issues and further sales opportunities.

Solve pain points for our clients by asking the right questions and listening to their needs.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at target accounts.

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Negotiate and close deals with clients.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business technology solutions for clients.

Conducting quarterly business reviews with clients.

2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success in hunting and closing new business.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience in the business technology solutions industry.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions.

Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoom Intent
