UPS is constantly on the move, also in the field of digitization and automation. As an RPA Analyst at UPS, you’re responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our robotic processes. Your advantage? What you'll do

As an RPA Analyst, you’ll be part of our small and self-driving automation team. From there, you’ll create software robots for various UPS locations within Europe, using the platform UiPath. By talking to users, you’re able to determine how simple, recurring tasks can be performed faster, cheaper, more error-free and 24/7 – such as sending out emails or saving files. Of course, you always make sure you take the business needs and user requirements into account. After preparing a business case, you present it and then the actual development of the solution starts.

On a daily basis, you focus on coordinating with stakeholders, collaborating with your team on new opportunities, testing, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, providing regular and effective progress updates, and post-life support. Has it been determined and confirmed that the software robot does what it’s supposed to do? Then it's time for you to install it. So, as an RPA Analyst at UPS, you’re not only involved in one part of the RPA process, but you’re responsible for the seamless implementation of the entire process. What you'll need

• A relevant bachelor's degree or work experience as an RPA Analyst. Work experience in an Agile environment or the logistics industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath. Only experience with another, similar platform? That’s also negotiable.
• Knowledge of process mapping and programming skills (C++, Python, and Visual Basic).
• A proactive and solution-driven mindset, which also allows you to be creative and think out of the box.
• Communication and negotiation skills, with which you continue to challenge yourself and the various stakeholders involved.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluent in English, both oral and in writing.
