Just Right Heating & Cooling is looking to hire a full-time Residential HVAC Service Technician to represent our company while going into our Salt Lake City, UT client's homes to deliver the most efficient, high-quality residential HVAC services. We offer this position between $22-$32/hour, plus incentives. Our top-performing technician makes about $15K/year in incentives alone. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• Minimum of two years of experience including hands-on training and/or work
• Relevant licensing
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications
• A proven track record in heating and cooling systems (required)
• Ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
• Valid driver's license and a clean, safe driving record
• Able to work weekends and evenings on a rotating basis (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
