About the Role

We are seeking a front desk receptionist/assistant to join our team. This role will work directly with Dava executives & management. We are seeking someone who is looking for growth opportunities & see themselves very involved in the social media world for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming employees
• Re-directing emails to correct department/answering basic emails.
• Planning fun 30 minute weekly company meetings
• Order/pick up any supplies needed for office
• Assisting with Dava events that we host
• Booking & arranging travel for clients that come to events (Few events per year)
• Assisting with executives & managers to assure small tasks get handled
• Being part of a high-energy, goal-oriented, and growth-driven culture
• Work with marketing team to assist with small tasks

Requirements:

• Must use social media platforms on a daily basis
• Must take constructive feedback positively & work in a team environment
• Emotional Intelligence
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication (written and oral) skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Understands big picture strategy, able to have high level conversations and also execute on day to day tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
