Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 2 p.m. - 10 p.m., Monday - Friday ($21.50/hr)

Job Overview:

This position requires the utmost attention to detail that each item manufactured meets company standards.

Essential Functions:

• Inspection and packaging of products
• Prepares work area by following written SOP’s for “Corporate Manufacturing Dress Code”, “Daily Operation” and product – specific procedures.
• Set and use scales for part counts
• Run equipment such as the pad printer, hot stamper, capper, sonic welder, RF sealer, and sleeve machine
• Solvent Bond and Glue Assemblies
• Visually and mechanically inspect parts
• Performs packaging and labeling functions to complete finished goods
• Complete paperwork, such as listing good parts, scrap parts and time for each job.
• Clean around workstation at the end of the shift
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements / Skills:

• Knowledge of basic math, including additional, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions or specifications
• Must be able to read, write, and understand instructions, warnings, labels, and postings.
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Ability to use their hands for product assembly

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, lift, pull, push, stoop, squat, bend and stretch as needed throughout the assigned shift.
