Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents condition and develop an appropriate physical therapy plan
• Help residents improve their mobility
• Teach residents how to use physical therapy equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in physical therapy from an accredited school.
• DPT required for new grads.
• Prior physical therapy experience in LTC setting preferred.
• Valid State Physical Therapist license required.
• Health Care Provider BLS required within 90 days of hire and current CPR certification required.
