McGivney, Kluger Clark & Intoccia seeks to hire an administrative assistant to support our General Liability department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior law firm experience; preferably in civil defense litigation
• College Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Detail-Oriented.
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Computer literate

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Calendar Management
• Creating and organizing information, and generating reference tools for easy use by the department
• Maintain and update databases and tracking systems
• Obtain relevant information from clients and other organizations
• Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
