As a Marketing Communications Specialist Europe you will work together with the Marketing Team and country sales organizations to develop integrated marketing mix plans. You initiate, develop and coordinate marketing activities to reflect the overall marketing strategies and plans. Next to this you will facilitate to country specific marketing needs, work on brand management and coordinate events & trade shows. In this role you collaborate and manage various marketing agencies located in Europe. The marketing agency this company works with is located in Germany. This is a very diverse job with a high workload. Focus is a.o. the gaming market.

• Support to coordinate and manage the European PR;
• Coordinate and manage European and local events (PR events, customer events); providing supporting digital and offline assets;
• Develop and work out promotion plans with the country heads;
• Creating and development of the European marketing mix plan;
• Create and execute launch campaigns of all hero and focus products;
• Supports in selecting the required agents and suppliers, compares prices and supports with an optimal briefing and instruction;
• Prepares and develops presentations to all levels of management;
• Actively encourages best practices across markets;
• Keep constant tracking of competitive landscape, preparing regular competitive reports to be shared with management and countries.

You will be traveling once a month to various locations in Europe.

We are looking for someone who has an international mindset. You have gained experience in a marketing agency and/or you have worked in a product marketing environment in an international company. You also have a proven track record in organizing, directing, executing marketing activities. You can write plans and briefings and you adhere to corporate requirements. You are excellent in dealing with stakeholders and you show a proactive work attitude. You have affinity with technology products (e.g. business and consumer electronics). Furthermore:

• Bachelor in Marketing and/or /Communications or has reached this level through another form of training or experience;
• 3-4 years of experience including a proven track record in marketing and campaign management;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Project management and Campaign management experience and able to interact with vendor/agencies;
• Experience in establishing and assuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements;
• Strong in executing communications plans, and to monitor effectiveness of MarCom plans;
• You can work fulltime 40 hrs per week.
