Bilingual Operations Coordinator! Starting immediately

Location: Coppell, Tx

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm

Pay: $20-25/hr

Must be fluent in Korean/ English

Job Purpose:

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, order processing, and customer service. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with other departments, including sales and warehouse, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, order processing, and customer service.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Track and update shipment information, including delivery status and any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Work closely with sales and warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or transportation operations preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both Korean and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Required)
• Logistics: 2 years (Required)
• Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)
• Project coordination: 2 years (Required)
