Descriptive Summary

Provide one to two sentences defining the primary duties and responsibilities, job scope, as well as department/groups this role services.

• Fabricates Diagnostic wax up cases.

Essential Functions

• Builds-up wax replicas of part or all of mouth and/or teeth on model.
• Fabricates Putty matrixes and guides.
• Reads prescription included with case; constructs prostheses by following doctors’ written orders and instructions.
• Communicates with colleagues and managers in a prompt articulate manner.
• Follow daily schedule and production goals.
• Uses different kinds of hand tools and equipment (hot wax tools, paint brushes, carvers, etc).
• Scans completed work orders.
• Follows quality standard protocol.
• Recognizes and reports problem cases or cases that need additional prep work.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education & Experience

Required

• Basic dental training.
• Hand eye coordination.

Preferred

• Prior dental experience or background, a plus.
• Previous experience working in positions that require hand and finger dexterity, a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
