As a Customer Service Employee you will be the first point of contact for clients concerning questions on products and education via over phone, e-mail and chat. The clientele is diverse, from consumers to wholesalers, beginners to experienced therapists. You will handle all these customer queries with great care and according to quality standards FSSC 22000, ARBO- & environmental standards.

• Handling incoming questions over e-mail, phone and chat concerning products, education, orders and returns.
• Process and update client date in the CRM system and managing enrollments for education and lists with participants.
• Work closely together with different departments like company supplement therapist to answer supplement specific questions.
• Check and add new therapists’ registrations to the company’s network or therapists.

Requirements

Who are you?

• Spanish on a C2 level and Dutch on C1 level
• Available for at least 32 hours a week
• Work at least 3 days a week at the office in Numansdorp
• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role, like Customer Service
• Communicative and solid experience with MS office and CRM systems, preferably SAP
• You are proactive, professional and a spider in the web for both clients and colleagues
• You can work independently, efficiently and you are structured, good at organizing and coordinating

· Affinity or interest in healthcare or supplements with preferably a basic medical knowledge
